1hr fitness test & setting goals. 4 personal training sessions of 30 minutes each all for only $100 you save $100!! 2 personal training sessions per week so you get 2 weeks of personal training!
8 personal training sessions of 30 minutes each all for only $160 you save $200!! 2 personal training sessions per week so you get 1 month of personal training!
12 personal training sessions of 30 minutes each all for only $230 you save $310! 3 personal training sessions per week so you get 2 weeks of personal training!
Workout are 30 minutes long & the outline is this 1. warm up to get you ready for more intense exercises.
2. Lift weight to build muscle mass & burn fat quickly. 3. cardio to burn more fat quickly. 4. Cool down with stretch to make you feel a lot better after the workout.
After a month of doing the total body workout, we'll change it up and do less body parts to add to the intensity. For example, we'll do legs & back exercises only for the whole workout.

Payment you must pay up front before any training begins.
If you buy a Package Deals & set appointment & don't show up with in 5 minutes of the set time you will lose that personal training session. (If you call & email me not well you're driving,  that you will not be on time I will give you more time to make the appointment but if you're 30 minutes  late for an appointment you lose it.)
If you want to change the appointment you must do it 24 hours before the set time.
