Awesome Training #15 with David Howell and Dorian Howell.

We're back from a 12 days rest/break, where David still did cardio by playing racquetball but we stop lifting weights. Awesome Training #15 with David Howell and Dorian Howell. 4-20-12 Today is a full body workout inspiration by Dorian Yates. Rest in between sets 1 minutes. Smith machine bar-bell chest press. warm-sets 2 of reps 12 with lbs25 on each side. all out 1 set of 8 reps with 100lbs. Smith machine bar-bell incline chest press. warm-sets 2 of reps 12 with lbs25 on each side. all out 1 set of 6 reps with 50lbs on each side. Standing chest flyes. sets 3, reps 12, lbs15 on each side. super-set Seated reverse flyes. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs40, 80, 80. Hammer machine pullovers. Sets3, reps 12, lbs45 on each side. Hammer machine alt lat pulldowns. warm-setts2 of 6-8 reps on each arm, lbs70 on each side. all out 1 set of 8 reps with 90 on each side. Machine bent-over row. Warm-sets2 of reps12, lbs60 on each arm. All out 10 reps with lbs 90 on each side. Smith machine bar-bell squats. Set1, reps12, lbs25 on each side. David upper back was in pain. Change to dumb-bells squats. Sets3, reps12, lbs30 on each side. super-set with Stiff-legged Deadlifts. Sets2, reps 10. lbs same as db squats. We're played racquetball 2 hours.
