Triceps and Biceps - Awesome Training with Dorian Howell

5-12-2012.

Triceps, Biceps Workout.
I did all of Triceps than move on to Biceps.
30 seconds rest in between sets.

Seated Two-arms Triceps Extensions. Sets 3, reps 10, lbs =60.
Seated One-arm Triceps Extensions. Sets 3. reps 10, lbs =40.
Bent-Over Triceps Kickback. Set 1, reps 10, lbs =20.

Seated ALT Biceps Curls. Sets 3, reps 10, lbs =40.
Concentration Curl. Sets 2, reps 7, lbs =40.

Standing Calf Raises. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs body weight.

Right after the workout I did flex my arms and stretches.

The day after this workout I did stuff for my mom, For mother's day.
Mowing your lawn and painting for 3 hours, and my arms was in pain when mowing.
