Awesome Training #3 with David Howell and Dorian Howell
I want to review the past workouts first one was upper-body:
chest and back super-set together 3 sets of high reps. trapezoid 3 sets of 15 reps.
triceps and biceps super-set together 3 sets of high reps. (Break for one and half hours to get food to Minette)
Back to training.
Deltoids which I had him only Rotator Cuff Exercise "ines and outes" because he say at the beginning his shoulders had pain, so I had him do this to see if it was his rotator cuff and it was that. (the first two exercise in this video was the exercise I had him do)
Forearms 3 sets of high reps 2 exercises hand grip and reverse bicep curls. done after workout I had him do some stretches.
Second day of training was lower-body
Chair Squats super-set together with squat hand touch floor. Sets 4, Reps high.
Leg Curls super-set together with split squat. Sets 4, reps high.
At this point David's Quadriceps and Hamstrings was done.
Standing Calf Raises super-set together with Seated Plate Calf Raises. Sets 4, reps 20.
after workout stretches.
Now to day we did cardio
4 games of racquetball. If you don't know what racquetball is here a video of David and I playing a game.
