Awesome Training #2 with David Howell and Dorian Howell

David worked his upper body on Saturday. Now Sunday I'll work his lower body today. Chair squats with dumb-bells. reps 15, 15, 12, 10. weights 20 in each hand. super-set with Squats hands touch floor. reps 15, 15, 12, 10. weights only body weight. Leg curls. reps 20, 20, 20, 20. weights 25, 25, 30, 30. super-set with Split Squats. reps 10, 12, 12, 10. weights only body weight. Standing calf raises. reps 20, 20, 20, 20. weights only body weight. super-set with Seated plate on knees calf raises. reps 20, 20, 20, 20. weights 25 pounds plate on knees. His legs was dead after this workout. full time was 1 hour from start to end. date of this workout 3-25-12 time started 11am. end at 12noon.
