Standing one-legged leg curls. Sets3, reps20, 12, 12. Lbs35 on each leg. Super-set with Split-Squat. Sets3, reps20, 12, 12. lbs body weight.
Wide-legged Squats. Sets3, Reps10. lbs. body weight.
No racquetball today.
