Awesome Training #10 with David Howell and Dorian Howell
Awesome Training #10 with David Howell and Dorian Howell 4-3-12 started @ 8pm ended @ 8:45pm
Machine pull-ups super-set Machine Dips. Sets 3, reps10, lbs =180. at this point David shoulder was done.
Free-weight Lat Pull down. Sets 3, reps to failure, lbs =120.
Bar-bell dead lifts. Sets 3, reps 10, 10, 8. lbs 20+45bar. super-set Bar-bell shrugs. Sets 2, reps 15, lbs. 20+45bar.
Hammer shrugs. Sets2, reps 5, 6. lbs =180. Good job.
Preacher curls. Sets2, reps10. lbs =45. David elbow was in pain when doing this exercise will not do it again.
We played racquetball for a hour.
