Shoulder Workout Training
Shoulder Workout Training I made this workout on 4-8-12
This workout is for building the muscles of the shoulder because anyone can do more weight with shoulder press and upright row than they can doing front raise and lateral raise.
I like the Arnold press a lot because it's works the shoulder like a shoulder press but adds rotator cuff to it.
Anterior Dumb-bells Shoulder Press.
Lateral Upright Row.
Posterior Rear Lateral Raise or Rear Delt Row.
Rotator Cuff Arnold Press or Ines and Outes.
Trapezius Hammer Shrugs or Dumb-bells Shrugs.
