I started with my lower body and than upper body,
Dumbbells Stiff-legged Deadlifts. Sets 3, reps 10, lbs 60.
Barbell Squats. Set 1, reps 20, lbs 50
Side Lunges. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs body weight.
Standing Heel Raises. Sets 2, reps 20, lbs body weight.
Standing Toes Raises. Set 1, reps 20, lbs body weight.

Break to get more water 1 minute rest.

Seated Machine Flys. Sets 3, reps 10, lbs 150, 150, 100.
Dumbbells Incline Chest Press. Sets 2, reps 8, lbs 60.
Dumbbells Bent-Over Rows. Sets 2, reps 5, 8, lbs 80, 60.
Barbell Deadlifts. Sets 2, reps 6, lbs 100.
Two-Arm Triceps Extensions. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs 30.
ALT Hammer Curls. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs 40.
Dumbbells Shoulder Press. Sets 3, reps 10, 10, 8, lbs 40.
