August Fitness Goals

For the next two week from 8.13. 12. to 8. 27. 12. my goal is to workout everyday.

Monday back

Tueday core and cardio

Wednesday back

Thursday chest

Friday legs

Saturday chest

Sunday legs

Legs workout:

Leg press

Deadlifts

Hip machines (outer thigh and inner thigh) 

Butt press

Seated calf raises.

 

Back workout:

Pullovers

Lat pulldown

Hi row

Low row

Bent over row

Trap shung

 

Chest workout:

Seated flys

Dumbbells bench press

Decline press

Incline press

Tricep dips

 

Core and cardio workout:

Planks

Bridges

Suopermans

Bicycle crunches

V-crunches

--cardio

Running

Jumping.
