Medicine Ball throw to partner. sets2, reps10. lbs4.
Dumb-bell standing side bends. sets2, reps15. lbs8.
Leg extensions. set1, reps20. lb50.
Seated leg curls. set1, reps20. lbs60.
Jog 1minute.
Low to high jumps. sets3, reps3. steps2, 5, 7.
Stiff-legged deadlifts. sets2, reps8, lbs. 30.
One-legged leg press. set1, reps10. lbs no weight.
One-legged leg press high leg. set1, reps10. lbs no weight.
wide-legged leg press sets3, reps20. lbs 90, 180, 180.
Leg press calf raises. sets2, reps20. lbs180.
Hack squat. set1, reps10. lbs50. Him hated this exercise.
Standing leg press machine. set1, reps10. lbs40. Him hated getting down from it.
Seated calf raises. sets2, reps20, lbs. 45.
supermans hyper-extensions. sets2, reps10. lbs. body weight.
Seated inner hips machine. super-set Seated outer hips machine. same sets, reps, and lbs.
