Minette Fitness Training #2.

Warm up: High Knees for 1minute, stretches chest, legs.

Machine Chest Presses. Sets 3, reps 15, lbs 1 plate.

Close-Grip Lat Pulldown. Sets 3, reps 15, lbs 2 plates.

Chair Squats. Sets 3, reps 20.

Dumbbell Deadlifts. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs 5.

Cool down: High Knees for 1minute, stretches chest. legs
