Awesome Training with David and Dorian Howell

David and Dorian Howell Training 5.21.2012 started @ 2:20pm and ended @ 3pm.
David did super-sets on a lot of the exercises.

Warm up exercises: Jumping Jacks. Sets 2, reps 30, 20, lbs body weight.
High Knees. Sets 2, reps 30, 20, lbs body weight. Arm circle. ines and outes.

Barbell close-grip bench press. Sets 4, reps 10, lbs 50. super-set with
ALT Hammer Curls. Sets 4, reps 10, lbs 40.

Bent-over Triceps Kickbacks. Sets 3, reps 12, 12, 15, lbs 20. super-set with
Concentration Curls. Sets 3, reps 12, 10, 20, lbs 50, 50, 40

Bench Dips. Sets 2, reps 10, 20, lbs 50, 35. super-set with
Barbell standing bicep curls. Set1, reps 16, lbs 30.

Dumbbells Shoulder Press. Sets 2, reps 20, 12, lbs 20.
Barbell Upright Rows. Sets 2, reps 12, 14, lbs 30.
Bent-over 1-arm Raises. Sets 2, reps 10, lbs 20.
Reverse Bicep Curls. Sets 2, reps 15, 10, lbs 10.
ALT Hand Grip. Sets 2, reps 10.
