Warm up: High Knees, stretches legs, chest.

Dumbbells Incline Chest Presses. Sets 3, reps 15, 12, 12, lbs 20, 40. first set was warm up set.

Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs 40.

Barbell Tricep Presses. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs 30.

Dumbbells Shoulder Presses. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs 20.

Dumbbells Shrugs. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs 60.

Dumbbell PullOvers. Sets 2, reps 12, lbs 20.

Bridge. Set 1. 1minute.

Twists. Sets 2, reps 12, lbs 0.

Dumbbell Side Bends. Sets 3, reps 12, lbs 10.
